Would you like to know the value of your Mission Viejo home?

What is my home worth?

With today's volatile real estate market, you might be interested in knowing the value of your home. Are you thinking of selling, or are you possibly considering a short sale? You will naturally want to know what your Mission Viejo home is worth. I will be happy to prepare a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for you that will provide you with an estimate of your home's value in today's market.

If you are considering the sale of your home, you should  know that quality inventory is low, and many sellers are receiving multiple offers on their home, especially in the highly desirable $500,000 and below price category. If you are in a possible distress situation (upside down in value or payments you can no longer afford), a short sale may be an alternative for you. Call me if I can help you sell your home in Mission Viejo!

Call me for a free CMA, or to discuss how my team can help you sell your home. My web page explains it well and it's a great place to begin: Sell my home.

These are e-mailed to you, usually with 24 hours of my receipt of your e-mail. Just click on the link below, and be sure to specify the city of the tract that you are interested in.

Please note that as of Jan 1, 2012, we are now being charged for each floor plan. We are still happy to send you a floor plan, but please DO NOT request a floor plan if you are an appraiser, if you are not serious about buying or leasing a home, or if you are working with another real estate broker -- Thank you for your understanding!

Lake Mission Viejo

All residents of Mission Viejo are members of the Lake Mission Viejo Association and pay annual association dues to support use of the lake and the public beaches. All condominium, town home, and some detached home developments have an additional homeowners association (HOA) to pay for things like fire insurance, landscaping, common areas, and security. Mission Viejo is one of the older planned communities in the Valley, and as such, property taxes are very reasonable compared to many neighboring areas. Most tracts have no Mello Roos assessments.
