Horse properties / equestrian estates

Fullerton is noted as one of Orange County's top equestrian cities. Like Orange Park Acres, Fullerton horse properties are generally more affordable than properties in other equestrian-oriented cities., Fullerton allows 2 horses per 3/4 acre with one more for every additonal15,000 sq ft. One of the advantages of an older, established, city like Fullerton is that many of its homes were built on generous lots. These lots are easily converted to include horse and equestrian facilities. There are many properties on streets like Valencia Mesa Dr that have a large lot size, ,plus equestrian zoning. There are also a good number of riding trails in the city. Equestrian real estate is available in many Orange County cities, including Fullerton.
