Fullerton,
CA Real Estate and Homes
 |
One of
Orange County, California's first cities. The City of
Fullerton was founded in 1887 and was originally a
center of agriculture, This consisting largely of Valencia
oranges and other citrus crops and also petroleum
extraction (there are still several working oil wells
in the city). Fullerton real estate and homes include
properties for sale & lease. Also income & investment properties, horse property, multi-unit
properties, houses & homes for sale with acerage, plus vintage & historic homes. Whether
you are looking for a custom home around Hillcrest Park,
or a lake view home near Laguna Lake, you will find it on
this page. Also, a condo in Gallery Walk, Radcliffe,
Quail Ridge, or Hidden Lakes. The gated community of
Fairway Village is also very popular. Perhaps you are looking for
a single family home? There are many, including newer
homes in the Classic Homes collection or Fullerton Creek
homes. Also an older home in Summerhill, a house on a
large lot in Sunny Hills West, or in the Presidential
Collection. |
Use the links
below to search for
homes or real estate sorted by price. This includes properties
with a pool or panoramic view,
and Bank
owned or REO real estate. There are also links for Fullerton
condos and townhomes as well as for single family (detached)
homes. My newest link is for sales in gated communities and
for short sales. If you are looking for a home or real estate for lease or rent, you
can chose from properties in several price ranges. You can
also look for leases
that are pet-friendly or leases sorted by monthly rent.

Vintage
and historic housing for sale in Fullerton
 |
As
one of Orange County's oldest cities, Fullerton has a
abundance of vintage houses and properties for
sale. Notable streets in Fullerton include Brookdale
and Jacaranda Place. The homes along Wilshire and
Amerige Ave. include many craftsman style housing from
the 1920s and 1930s. Richman and Woods Ave.addresses
have large numbers of Spanish revival, Mediterranean,
and Tudor style homes. These range from humble
bungalows to estate-sized properties. In addition to being
a wonderful source of period and vintage homes, the city of Fullerton
has done a remarkable job of preserving and
rehabilitating it's historical, downtown area. This is
unlike neighboring
OC cities which chose tear-down or redevelopment over
preservation. Instead, Fullerton revitalized and reinvented
it's downtown to create a lively and vibrant city
center. For
buyers looking for a vintage properties, searching for
your new house in the city of Fullerton is highly
recommended! |

Horse
properties / equestrian estates
| Fullerton is
noted as one of Orange County's top equestrian cities. Like
Orange Park Acres, Fullerton horse properties are
generally more affordable than properties in other
equestrian-oriented cities., One of the advantages of
an older, established, city like Fullerton is that
many of its homes were built on generous lots. These
lots are easily converted to include horse
and equestrian facilities. Equestrian real estate is
available in many Orange County cities, including
Fullerton. |
