of the most useful pages I have ever put together for
this economy is a page that helps people with credit
challenges to be able to lease a home. Many people
coming out of a short sale or a foreclosure still wish
to live in a certain neighborhood. Poor credit
typically prevents their lease applications from being
accepted. This

A
new page for exceptional
buys replaces the original page and the original
concept, which was to list just a handful of homes in
Coto de Caza. This new page lists some of the best
priced homes in Orange County and includes single
family (detached) homes for $400,000 or less, Homes
with large square footage (2,500 sq ft or greater) for
$600,000 or less, homes with a private pool for
$600,000 or less, and homes with at least 4 bedrooms
for $400,000 or less. The task now is to integrate
this link all over the site and to replace the old
link. I think this is going to be an exciting page for
home buyers!

new, revised page for Ladera
Ranch homes and real estate. Aliso
Viejo specialty page. A page listing seven
top buyer mistakes (a must read if you are
currently buying). Many buyers are looking for homes
with large
lots, so I put together an excellent page by
various lot sizes. I also added a map
page featuring a map of Orange County and a map of
Orange County school districts. An article on

- Great information if you are shopping short
sales.
I've added
lots of new home searches including horse properties,
REO & bank owned properties, lease-option
properties, homes with no Mello Roos, plus new area
pages for Lake Forest and San Juan Capistrano.

Where are the floor plans? My
Coto Neighborhoods page included links to floor
plans for each tract model. However, this opened up
the use of the floor plans to not only the public (as
I intended) but to any Realtor who wished to use them,
whether they paid for the plans or not. This did not
make the licensor of the floor plans very happy!
Therefore, I have decided to provide floor plans on

you with a free, high-resolution floor plan for any

A new page
for the Trabuco Canyon communities has been
added. This page includes the communities of Robinson
Ranch, Rancho Cielo, Wagon Wheel, Walden, plus the
rural canyon communities of Silverado, Modjeska, and
Trabuco Canyons. This was a challenging page to put
together, since the place-name "Trabuco
Canyon" is not clearly defined or accurately
classified by the Real Estate community and the
Multiple Listing service. Some more work will be
needed on this page on the photos and to clearly
describe the positives of each of the great
communities within Trabuco Canyon, but I think the
page is a good start, and, to the best of my
knowledge, it's information that cannot be found
anywhere else. The page is here.

de Caza Communities page, to search for pool homes or
golf course view homes.

The Coto
de Caza Neighborhoods page is finally ready for
release. This page lists all 60 Coto de Caza
neighborhoods and has photos, specifications, floor
plans, and links that display available homes in each
community. I can't begin to tell you the time and
effort that has gone into this page. I originally
sought out a page like this on the web, and since I
couldn't find it, I created it (yes, I do my own web
programming!) The work has taken many hours, but I
think it has been worth the effort. I still have a few
floor plans to load, but otherwise I am very proud and
satisfied with the result, and I hope you will find it

Added
search links to the Coto de Caza, Mission Viejo,
Dove Canyon, and RSM pages. These pre-programmed
searches will display available homes for sale by
lowest to highest price. I think these pre-programmed
searches will be a time-saver for my clients and web
visitors.
